However, to ensure that all patients receive the best possible service and attention, we ask for your cooperation with the following appointment policies:
Rescheduling Appointments:
We are happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer your original time slot to other patients in need.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than halfway through your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule your visit. This ensures you receive the full treatment you deserve and respects the time of other patients.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or do not attend your scheduled appointment (No-Show), a 50% charge of the appointment fee will apply. For three consecutive missed appointments, your care will be suspended.
Mitigating Circumstances:
We understand that life can present unforeseen challenges. If you experience an emergency or exceptional circumstance, your practitioner may, at their discretion, waive or adjust the conditions of this policy on a case-by-case basis.
