What Sets Us Apart

At Southampton Chiropractic Clinic, we believe great care begins with understanding the person behind the symptoms.

We take the time to explore your needs, preferences, and goals, we create personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans designed to support meaningful and lasting progress.

Our approach goes beyond short-term pain relief. Through thoughtful, intentional care – combining education, rehabilitation, and hands-on therapy – we support your recovery while helping you build strength, confidence, and long-term independence.

We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan designed specifically for you.

We believe meaningful care starts with listening. Your appointments allow time to discuss your concerns, understand your experiences, and explore what matters most to you before developing a clear plan forward.

Our clinic is designed to be a warm and supportive space where you can feel comfortable, respected, and confident in your care from the moment you walk through the door.

Our approach is guided by current research, clinical expertise, and your individual needs. By combining rehabilitation and hands-on care with modern clinical understanding, we aim to deliver treatment that is both safe and effective.

We believe understanding your body is an important part of recovery. We take the time to explain your condition, the factors contributing to it, and the reasoning behind your treatment plan – helping you make informed decisions and feel confident managing your health.

Recovery is about more than relieving pain. We incorporate movement, exercise, and rehabilitation strategies to help restore strength, improve function, and support long-term resilience.

Our goal is not just to help you feel better today, but to equip you with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to maintain your health and independence long into the future.

Schedule your appointments with ease on our website.

Triniti Dancy (MChiro, DC)

Lead Chiropractor & Massage Therapist

I’m the founder of Southampton Chiropractic Clinic and a registered Chiropractor and Massage Therapist with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

I grew up in Dorset as an active child who enjoyed dancing, sports, forest walks, and power boating – and from a very young age, I knew I wanted a career in healthcare.

I was 7-years-old when my sister was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis, underwent a 12-hour surgery, and ended up with lifelong complications and chronic pain. Navigating the healthcare system, I quickly recognised the challenges, barriers, and inequalities many people encounter, from gaslighting to negligence.

Inspired by my mother, our co-director Wenona, who returned to education to become the professional we needed, I chose to become a chiropractor. I moved to Southampton during my studies at the AECC University College (HSU Bournemouth) and graduated with a Master’s of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree – with additional qualifications in Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling).

In 2025, Southampton Chiropractic Clinic was created to provide care that represented my values and dedication to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centred services.

I once fell asleep standing, while on a 30-foot Apache powerboat, travelling 90 mph (78 knots).

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me weightlifting, running with the Bedford Place Social Runners, reading, watching movies, and listening to music.

I love the Twilight Saga – and, I’m fully aware of how bad it is (but it’s amazing).

I work with people experiencing chronic/complex pain and acute injuries to rebuild confidence and return to work, hobbies, and exercise. I’m particularly interested in exercise rehabilitation and lifestyle coaching to support long-term recovery and independence.

Wenona Dancy

Clinic Co-Director

I’m the co-director of Southampton Chiropractic Clinic and a registered Chiropractor with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

Before becoming a chiropractor, I built a diverse and rewarding career – running businesses, founding and leading my own successful Muay Thai academy as an instructor, racing powerboats, and working within the healthcare sector, all while proudly raising four incredible children.

I later decided to return to education to support my daughter and others who are experiencing similar challenges navigating chronic pain and the healthcare system. I graduated with a Master’s of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree at the AECC University College (HSU Bournemouth), with additional qualifications in Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, and PG Cert in Health Sciences Education.

I’m now a Lecturer of Chiropractic and Foundation Year Course Lead at the Health Sciences University in Bournemouth, where I help educate and support the next generation of healthcare professionals.

I have a 3-legged greyhound called Marley and I went skydiving with the military.

When I’m not working, you can find me staying active, watching movies, reading, and playing games.

I have been playing Pokemon Go since 2016.

I’m particularly interested in pain management and supporting neurodivergent and disabled individuals.

Georgie Bardsley

Chiropractor & Massage Therapist

I’m an Associate Chiropractor and Massage Therapist at Southampton Chiropractic Clinic, registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

I’m passionate about all things health, movement, and wellbeing – and I enjoy leading an active life with running, going to the gym, and taking time to be outside with my dog, Daisy.

I graduated from the Health Sciences University with a Master’s of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree – with additional qualifications in Sports Massage and Medical Acupuncture.

I have a gorgeous French Bulldog named Daisy and we spend plenty of time exploring new parks and hunting down the best coffee spots together.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me running, resistance training, and learning to play tennis.

Travel! Any time I’m not working, I love going on a new adventure – whether in the UK or abroad. Most recently, I spent three weeks exploring Thailand.

I work with people at all stages of life dealing with pain and injury, as well as childhood and pregnancy-related conditions. I’m particularly interested in helping people understand the root cause of their problems and what they can do to improve them – I’m passionate about giving every patient the skillset to feel and function at their best.

Marley

Super Good Boy

I’m Marley the 3-legged greyhound. I’m highly skilled in sniffathons and lounging around. I used to be much faster as a puppy, but no I choose to take things at a more leisurely pace (apart from the occasional zoomies).

You can sometimes find me at the clinic with Wenona, who I live with.

Despite having 3 legs, I was once the fastest dog on the block.

Walkies – especially in the forest or on the beach. Cuddles – and plenty of them.
Sleeping. A lot.

I’m interested in inspiring anyone who might feel they are unable to achieve, especially if they are an amputee like me.

Daisy

pretty girl

I’m Daisy, Georgie’s much loved 5-year-old rescue French Bulldog. I didn’t have the easiest start in life but these days I’m thriving in Poole – going for beach walks, eating tasty snacks, and never turning down a cuddle. I can be a little stubborn and lazy when I feel like it (true Frenchie nature).

I’m a little frightened of other dogs but absolutely love human attention – you can sometimes see me at the clinic with Georgie.

I had puppies of my own at a very young age.

Perfecting the art of doing absolutely nothing (usually sleeping on the sofa) and still sighing as if I’ve had a busy day.

Cheese. When I’m feeling stubborn, a little bit of cheddar will win me over instantly!

I’m interested in helping people with lots of cuddles.
