Triniti is the Clinic Director, Founder, and MSK specialist (aka the mastermind and driving force) at Southampton Chiropractic Clinic. She grew up in Dorset and moved to Southampton during her studies. She completed her Master’s of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree at AECC University College, and obtained additional qualifications in sports massage therapy, pregnancy massage, and medical acupuncture.
Triniti has experience managing a range of conditions, addressing both chronic and acute problems. Having received care herself, she is passionate about working with her patients to find a solution that works best for them.
Registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
As a child, I fell asleep standing up while on a 30 foot Apache powerboat travelling 90 mph (78 knots).
Weightlifting, running, reading, watching films/series, dancing in my bedroom, singing in the shower, and being creative!

Wenona is a Director and Company Secretary at Southampton Chiropractic Clinic, alongside her role of Lecturer of chiropractic and Foundation Year Course Lead, at Health Sciences University in Bournemouth. She completed her Masters of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree at AECC University College, and obtained additional qualifications in remedial and sports massage therapy, medical acupuncture and a further academic qualification of PG Cert in Health Sciences Education.
Previous experiences are embedded within a diverse background of, for example, working within the healthcare sector; developing a successful martial arts academy, having been an Muay Thai Instructor; running businesses; fundraising for military charities; racing powerboats alongside being a proud mother of four amazing individuals.
