The Beginning of Southampton Chiropractic Clinic
Every business has a story and ours begins with a simple belief: we can create something better for our patients, community, and ourselves. Welcome to Southampton Chiropractic Clinic. We’re excited to share who we are, the people behind the brand, and the values that guide everything we do.
Our Story: How It All Began
This long journey all started in 2008, when our close family member was diagnosed with progressive adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and later underwent an invasive and complicated 12-hour corrective surgery. Unfortunately, they experienced a number of complications, chronic pain, and required intensive rehabilitation to return to their daily life. Navigating the healthcare system was complex, stressful, and challenging – often met with dismissal and complicated medical language. Ultimately, we were unable to find the support they needed, following this life-altering procedure.
After many disheartening experiences and a serious allergic reaction to pain medication, our co-director, Wenona decided to return to education to become better informed and feel more equipped to support our close family member, starting with anatomy and physiology classes, then an Access to HE, and later progressing to enroll on the Master’s of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree, at the AECC University College (Health Sciences University) in 2016. At this time, our founder, Triniti was completing her GCSEs and was first introduced to the chiropractic profession through Wenona. Like most teenagers, she was initially uncertain about following in a parent’s footsteps, but being encouraged by others and learning more about the education and profession, she decided this was her path.
Triniti went on to enroll on the Master’s of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree, at the same university, in 2020. Throughout her degree, she reflected upon her families experiences navigating the healthcare system and the barriers they encountered, leading her to develop strong ethical and moral considerations.
Fast forward to 2025, Triniti founded Southampton Chiropractic Clinic with our co-director, Wenona. Deciding to take this leap and open their very own clinic was a demonstration of commitment to create a safe space, where people are supported, empowered, and valued.

Our Values & What They Mean To Us
We’re here for the people looking for one-to-one, personalised support and guidance to manage chronic pain and recover from injury. From our own experiences navigating barriers to comprehensive care, we have embraced the opportunity to create a clinic where patients are valued.
At Southampton Chiropractic Clinic, we are proud to be a welcoming and inclusive space for all. Providing support for anyone who is looking for guidance to manage pain or get back to doing the things they love. Whether you’re a working professional, mum-to-be, or you’ve just entered into the world and need a little help to get comfortable in your new environment. We often support those who want to gain an understanding, learn to manage independently, or those looking for support when traditional care hasn’t been effective.
We believe great care is about respecting your values and collaborating with you to create lasting and sustainable lifestyle changes. That’s why we take our time to explore and understand your needs, enabling us to develop your personalised care plan. Beyond this, we utilise the most current evidence to guide our treatment, which may include soft tissue work, joint manipulation, joint mobilisation, stretching, exercise rehabilitation programs, self-management techniques, lifestyle advice, habit coaching, and education.
